This is for the entrepreneur, the hustler, who doesn’t have 2 hours a day to workout at the gym.

Let’s face it, sometimes working out can seem like an impossible task when you are working 12+ hours a day and have other commitments. I personally struggled with working out when I started my health company.

Yes, you read that right. I started a health company and stopped working out. Why did I do that? Why did I get out of shape?

The reason was simple. I didn’t think I had the time.

But that was a total lie. I had the time, I just didn’t prioritize it. Business was my top priority, my wife was second and fun came next. ZERO priority for working out.

As research and studies have shown, working out will make you more productive and give you more energy in your day.

That is a good reason to work out, right?

We as entrepreneurs want to be productive and that is why some of the top entrepreneurs, Sir Richard Branson and Gary Vaynerchuk for example, work out every day.

I want to show you the top 3 fastest workouts I do as a busy entrepreneur.

You can do these in any hotel, office or at home. You don’t need ANY equipment. All of these fast workouts should be done in under 25 minutes, max 35 minutes.

Workout #1: Billion Dollar Body Sprints

These are going to be 15 sets of 100m sprints. You will take off every 90 seconds. Bring a phone or a watch with you in order to use the timer.
