Why detox? Well everyday we are now faced with thousands of chemicals and toxins from the foods we eat, the water we drink, the air, and the stuff we put on our body. Our body is created with a whole detox system in it called The Lymphatic System. We want to make sure we have that system working AND taking a bit father, detoxing our cells through taking antioxidants.
Don’t worry, I will keep this blog super simple. Just download the checklist and do those 5 things.

- Activated Charcoal
Some other ways of detoxing are things like dry brushing, saunas, exercise, drinking water and so much more.

Dry brushing helps exfoliate, promotes blood circulation and stimulates your lymphatic system so it’s clearing you body of toxic waste. This is something I do before my shower. Make sure you are doing it in an upward motion to your heart so start dry brushing on your legs first.
